As a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep specialist, I regularly see people dealing with psychiatric illnesses and sleep disorders. Sometimes, these disorders go undiagnosed for years, adversely impacting quality of life. I am here to help with that. I am here to share your journey and struggles. I believe in knowing my patients as individuals and understanding their stories before initiating any treatment. I emphasize shared decision-making, where my patients and I sit down together to thoughtfully plan for their well-being. I believe that everyone deserves a good night's sleep and peace of mind.
I treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, insomnia, REM behavior disorder, sleepwalking, circadian rhythm disorders, and excessive daytime sleepiness, among others. I also treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and ADHD through both telemedicine and in-person visits.
