I'm not a '15 Minute Med Check' kind of provider. You deserve better care than that allows. I specialize in treatment of individuals with a history of cPTSD, PTDS, bipolar disorder, and difficult-to-treat depression & anxiety. When a client says, “I’ve tried every medicine out there – none of them work,” my response is, “Let’s dig deeper. Is medicine the right treatment for you?” I practice from a trauma-informed perspective. I'm endlessly curious and a creative thinker - both of these traits shape how I prescribe medications and which non-medication treatments recommendations I make.

I'm double board-certified (in both family practice & psychiatry/mental health). As such, I look beyond symptoms to determine a root cause - and treat it! (Spoiler: Medication isn't always the best option.) I'm also trained in prescribing bioidentical & FDA-approved hormones for perimenopause and menopause. Hormone health is mental health.
