I am a doctorally prepared board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing person-centered holistic and judgement-free care to all my patients. My comprehensive approach includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes that may enhance your overall well-being. I aim to tailor unique comprehensive care plans according to every patient’s needs while following healthcare guidelines and safety as appropriate. During our first session, we will get to know each other and build rapport, which will help me provide you with the best possible care.
We will focus on your symptoms, how they are affecting your daily life, and work together to get you to your goals. I like to think that no treatment is a one-size-fits-all, which is why everyone is unique to me. Our sessions are two-way streets; I listen to you and we work together to find the best approach or treatment modalities that are best for you.
