Welcome; at present my primary offering is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and I weave in other integrative modalities including Somatic Coaching, the Safe and Sound Protocol, & Attachment-Focused EMDR. I also offer an limited number of integrative psychiatry consultations with a focus in PTSD and Neurodivergence. All sessions are personalized and address the interconnection of the body, mind, spirit, and emotions. An integrative approach to mental health care utilizes numerous evidence-based modalities, including herbs, supplements, nutrition, movement, stress reduction techniques, psychotherapy, and medication.
I have been practicing for the past 17 years and hold a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Somatic Coach, & Neurodivergent Affirming clinician. My approach is personalized, collaborative, and a resilience-informed approach to mental health and wellness.
Through 14+ years of working in the Integrative Health Field with those with chronic physical and mental health conditions, I saw the importance of providing trauma-informed care and engaging in trauma-responsive practices.
