Hi, I’m Nestor. BMWIT Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am proud to be a key member of the BMWIT family! Returning to Oregon from Arizona, I come with a wealth of experience. My approach goes beyond MTM; here, we are committed to treating the whole person. We take great pride in offering comprehensive services, including MH General Outpatients, SUD IOP intensive Outpatient "Day Treatment." Our team comprises a diverse array of skilled providers, LCSWs, LCPs, LMTs, and PC, DCs, and more. At BMWIT, we deliver Integrated Holistic Care to all who choose to join us.

Our providers come with over 7 to 30 years of experience and confidently deliver a holistic approach that seamlessly integrates a range of services. We offer face-to-face, telehealth, and home options to effectively tackle health disparities and elevate the overall wellness of our patients.
