Madeline Jacobs is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care.

Tabita is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive experience in diagnosis and management of broad spectrum mental health issues including MTHFR Deficiency, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar and Substance use. Tabita uses a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Her focus is to prescribe medications in a conservative and effective manner.

My focus is medication management. I am an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about ending the stigma against mental illness that prevents people from getting the support they need. I am a fierce advocate of LGBTQ+ persons and of anyone else who needs my support. I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of psychiatric conditions: mood disorders, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. I work with adults and teens to determine an appropriate combination of both medications and psychotherapy.

Dr. Nwankwo is a doctoral prepared and licensed dual board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Post Masters Certification in Psychiatric Mental Healthcare from Brandman University, Irvine California, and Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, Minnesota. Dr. Nwankwo provides her clients with empathetic, evidence-based, patient-centered care with the goal of restoring health and balance. She assesses, diagnoses, and treats mental health disorders using pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic interventions.
