After a thorough diagnostic evaluation, I work with patients to develop a care plan which may include some combination of nutritional adjustment, exercise, counseling and medications when appropriate. I draw from many modalities and have extensive experience in inpatient crisis intervention as well as outpatient care with patients with multiple mental health and medical co-morbidities.

As most patients come for their initial visit in some distress, the first two goals are building a mutual understanding of the the distress and focus on symptom relief. I practice as a psychotherapist and I prescribe medication.
