Tiffane Staley, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides mental health care. Tools utilized are medication management and brief therapy to provide holistic care. They have been working in the Bellingham area since graduating in 2020. Biography: I completed my master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, followed by a post-master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice (FNP) and a doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. I also completed a post-doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health practice (PMHNP) (across the lifespan) at Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. I am board certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry (PMHNP-BC). I am also board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), a DOT Medical Examiner, and SAMHSA (X-Waiver) addiction provider.

It should not be so difficult to get ADHD, Depression, or Anxiety diagnosed and treated. I founded Fox Fern ADHD Clinic because I was frustrated with how difficult it was to get good quality and convenient care for my own ADHD diagnosis. From intake to prescription delivery, my team and I set out to rethink what psychiatric care could be and improve the process from the ground up. We might be the only clinic with a patient-experience graphic designer on staff because we aim to relentlessly refine how we help our patients feel less overwhelmed and more capable. We work hard to make our treatment plans unique and data-driven.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treatment for women and men is my core specialty. ADHD is a "Sticky Ball", rolling as we age, picking up all kinds of symptoms. It is often misdiagnosed medically by blaming the hormones or as another mental health condition such as anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, or believing that ADHD is a childhood condition. Anxiety, panic, depression, insomnia, mood swings, anger, self blame are all symptoms of ADHD.
