Victory Bay offers a variety of client-centered programs treating Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. We help our clients successfully detox from drugs and alcohol in a comfortable inpatient or outpatient setting. Accommodations will be made for 24 hour staffing and clients will be cared for by licensed staff including Psychiatrists, APN, RN, etc. Detox is an individualized process, and we have found that a holistic approach is ideal when trying to successfully treat substance use disorder.

Dr. Cecilia Belardinelli is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her expertise is working with children, adolescents, and adults in their parents’ role to promote a nurturing environment and the development of a child's full potential. Dr. Belardinelli has been practicing for twenty years, addressing developmental and behavioral problems, mood and anxiety disorders.

Nancy Frederic is a Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Since 2007, she has had experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Her goal is to create a safe environment where clients can receive the help they are seeking. Nancy utilizes evidenced-based practices combined with a patient-centered treatment model to provide the best care to the clients she serves.

I am friendly to the LBGTQ community and welcome a younger adult generation. We do not accommodate adolescents (ages 1-17) or geriatric patients 55 +. I am doing tele-vists so my ability to see patient's from other states is now available.
