I am a dually licensed Certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over fifteen years experience working with pregnant/postpartum families and five years experience caring for persons experiencing anxiety and depression in all stages of life. I specialize in preconception, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, mental health in menopause and every stage in between. If you were born with a uterus, whether or not you identify as female, I am here to support your mental health journey.
