Finding a Board Certified Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, one who approaches treatment from an evidence based clinical, holistic, developmental and systems based (family, school, etc) perspective is challenging. I am committed to improving lives of children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in Autism, Anxiety and OCD disorders. I treat these through Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure Response Prevention, Family or Parent Behavioral Management therapies with or without psychotropic medications. I incorporate mindfulness, psychoeducation, sensory and complimentary interventions as appropriate.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who offers both psychotherapy and medication management services. I completed my undergraduate studies at Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology with Honors and B.S. in Biological Sciences. I earned my medical degree from New York Medical College, where I was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society. Afterwards, I pursued my residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, where I had the privilege of working with a variety of populations at Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, SF VA Medical Center, and SF General Hospital.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is providing patient centered care for patients who struggle to be heard and to manage their treatment with compassion, understanding, and a unique focus on holistic care. Working with mental health patients in the unserved and vulnerable communities, where the obstacles affecting adequate healthcare are made worse by financial difficulties, has been the most rewarding aspect my job.
