Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

I understand that these are very trying times. I would like to provide a safe, all-inclusive environment for all of my patients in order to develop the provider/patient relationship all while improving mental health-related issues by goal-setting and medication management. My ideal patient would seek a provider that would look at medication as just one tool to manage their mental health. They would be open to really digging deep to explore what might be the root cause of why they are feeling the way they are, all while managing symptoms with medication and therapy. My ideal patient takes an active approach in their treatment plan.

Chloe Griffith is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College and later completed her Master's program at Vanderbilt University in 2017. Chloe aims to support her patients using personalized goals and education, brief cognitive behavioral techniques, and medications. She hopes to create an environment where clients feel empowered, connected, and valued.

An ideal client may be someone struggling with behavioral health issues, particularly substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This client may have a range of issues, including addiction to drugs or alcohol, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or other mental health disorders. Their needs would likely include comprehensive assessment and treatment for both their substance use disorder and any co-occurring psychiatric conditions. They may require medication management, therapy, and support services tailored to their unique circumstances.

Mental health is indeed a problem in our society. The stigmatized of mental health has been around for centuries.Today, my goal is to hip away at the stigma and birth awareness. I want people to have access to mental health care free from judgments.

Brence Brooks is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2020. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville and his master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Specialty areas include medication management for major depressive disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, childhood behavioral disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minors in Chemistry and Behavioral Neuroscience. I completed my medical school training at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and my psychiatry residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. I am experienced in treating a variety of psychiatric disorders in adults of all ages, as well as young adults, having spent time treating students in the SUNY college system.
