My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated that they aren’t living up to their potential, and who want to understand themselves rather than feel rushed into quick fixes.
Parents I work with often feel guilt, worry, or exhaustion as they try to support a struggling child. They appreciate care that recognizes their efforts, builds on their strengths, and acknowledges what they are already doing well.
Many of my clients are hesitant about medication and value clear explanations, collaboration, and care that moves at a comfortable pace.
I offer insight-oriented psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults that includes time for listening, support, validation, and understanding. This includes work with neurodivergent children and teens. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, grounded in the person’s life context.
