I provide counseling, therapy, medication management and alternatives to medication when indicated. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families.
I offer an interactive approach assisting you with compassion and acceptance in learning insights and skills to better cope with and enjoy your life utilizing psychodynamic, interpersonal and mindfulness approaches. I listen thoughtfully to what you have to say offering insights, understanding and tools while assisting you towards your goals.
