Hi there, my name is Bettina Rodgers and I’m looking forward to connecting with you. I’m a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the state of California. My expertise is in working with patients ages 18 and up who need help using medication to manage their mental health. My main focus with patients is on life span. Mental health is a lifelong journey, not a sprint. The treatment plan that we come up with will focus on creating a sustained positive impact on your overall health.
My approach to psychiatric care is to work with you to figure out what your goals are. We will use these goals to explore treatment options and make sure you are fully bought in for the journey. I can’t always promise that it will be comfortable, but we will make a plan and put in the work necessary to get you to the place you want to be.
We’ll discuss lifestyle and other factors that can be monitored/changed to ensure that you are on the right path. I believe in a holistic approach and while mental health medication is an invaluable tool to help along the way, it is not the only answer. Let's get started!
