Zakiyyah Muhsin-Fall is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner who treats clients across the lifespan with various mental health and behavioral issues. These disorders include but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, anxiety, panic disorder and sleep disturbance. Zakiyyah listens effectively to the client needs and creates a personalized care plan that addresses their needs effectively.
