I treat mental and physical health together, grounded in evidence-based care, and I make sure you understand your options — medications, nutrition, sleep, movement — so you can make real choices about your own care. When it comes to treatment planning, I want you to feel informed and comfortable with your treatment.
During our first session, we'll go over your mental health and medical history and talk about what's important to you. From there we'll identify your goals of treatment and work on a plan together. After our first session, you will feel safe, seen, and informed with a treatment plan that fits you, that you helped shape, and that finally moves you forward.
