My background as a labor and delivery nurse helps me to uniquely relate to mothers in a way that others may not be able to. I specialize in mental health for women, throughout the lifespan. I am available to meet virtually, or in person, at Well Balanced Women. This gives you the flexibility to fit mental healthcare into your busy schedule. I look forward to meeting you and walking with you on your path to mental wellness!

The reproductive years are a majority of a woman's life. There are unique challenges we face depending on the stage we are in. If you have been on various medications that have not worked in the past or have never tried medication at all, I will help you find one that works best so that you can truly optimize your functioning.

Aside from medication management, we can use integrative treatment options to add to your tool box. There are so many pieces of the mental health puzzle that we can explore together. I have immediate in network availability, we can get your treatment plan started as soon as you are ready.
