I am here to change the narrative and help give you the skills to navigate this world successfully. I have over 7 years experience working in clinics, hospitals and prison facilities. I focus primarily on medication management with supportive therapy.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I offer medication management of all psychiatric disorders. In a safe, compassionate space, we’ll address symptoms like insomnia, panic, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and depression. Together, we’ll work to ease your pain and equip you to lead a life feeling safe and confident devoid of mental anguish.

Hello, I do accept the major insurance plans in both TX and WA. Check out my insurance list. Initial psychiatric evaluations are $250/hour and follow up medication management appointments are $150 for 30 minutes. Psychotherapy alone is $150/hr. I offer sliding scale with verifiable income level.
