He has over 9 years of experience in providing psychiatric care to patients of all ages. He began his career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Stephany Lavigne, a distinguished Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice with honors from the University of South Alabama. With over a decade of experience, she has excelled in forensic psychiatry at Metropolitan State Hospital, caring for patients under penal codes and conservatorship. Dr. Lavigne has also demonstrated her commitment in diverse outpatient settings, providing quality mental health care.

Dr. Seif is a board certified psychiatrist with a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and integrative mental health. As an integrative psychiatrist, she looks with her patients and looks at the roots of their problems. Instead of addressing the illness itself only, Dr. Seif’s approach is proactive. Her goal is to find the deep cause of the current mental state of her patients, to better understand their thought process and to prevent future illness and setbacks. Dr. Kwon is a psychiatrist who holds two medical board certifications in general Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. She completed general adult psychiatry residency at Harbor UCLA, and continued a sub-specialty fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Kwon understands the importance of your autonomy and ability to make informed decisions about your health. She conceptualizes diagnosis and treatment from a holistic point of view. She has training in many different treatment modalities including medication management, acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Dr. Erin Benesch is double Board Certified in Child & Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. She provides treatment for a wide range of complex mental health issues in children, adolescents and young adults using medications, psychotherapy, and other alternative modalities of treatment. Dr. Benesch believes in the optimization of medication management while minimizing polypharmacy and addictive medications.
