I work with women that need help focusing, organizing and getting things done; whether that’s in school, at work, or in their personal lives. I offer an 8-12 visit process: first an ADHD and general mental health assessment is done; then we consider your personal strong and weak areas of executive functioning; then we discuss strategies and tools that need support.
By using a brain-based approach, increasing self care essentials, strengthening executive skills, and taking medications (if indicated) a person can feel less overwhelmed with time and organizational challenges.
I want to help you feel heard and comfortable while providing new ways of looking at how you can get things done. By learning new skills that help with organization, focus and follow through, mood often improves and anxiety levels often go down.
