My mission is to partner with & provide guidance supporting the mental & emotional well-being of my fellow humans. My specialty includes evaluation of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD, however I am experienced in the management of most mental health conditions. My clients are over 18, generally stable in their lives, supported within their immediate circle, insightful, empathetic, with a strong will to live & thrive, and willing to take action as we take on our life's work of continued growth, together. I share lived experience with parents, healthcare & veterinary professionals, and first responders.
Collaboratively, we can develop a care plan that includes all of the things in our lives that are medicine: nature, nutrition, sleep, sunshine, physical activity, therapeutic interactions, community & belonging, pets, creativity, spirituality, emotional expression & deep human connection, as well as complementary supplements, pharmacology, & deprescribing.
I welcome the opportunity to provide psychotherapeutic support for integrating psychedelic and other non-ordinary experiences including spiritual emergence, near-death experiences, and other transpersonal aspects of our greater selves by weaving in the use of creative expression, music, somatic embodiment, and breath work.
