In my practice, I prioritize client-centered care, focusing on empathy and collaboration. I utilize an evidence-based approach and incorporate integrative practices including medication management as indicated to tailor treatment plans to each individual's need.
Adult patients 18 to 65 years old. I am specialized in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, thought disorders such as schizophrenia, substance use and ADHD. In my sessions, I establish a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering trust and openness.
