I provide both Telehealth and in-person appointments at my Tacoma, WA office. I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing and extensive experience across outpatient, inpatient, and tele-psychiatry settings. Weekday appointments are available Mondays and Tuesdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. My goal is to offer accessible, personalized care in a setting that feels safe and comfortable for you.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, insomnia, and more. I also offer support with weight loss, substance use, and couples or parenting counseling. I provide compassionate care across the lifespan, with a soft spot for children (ages 6+) and teens.
