I offer Telehealth appointments to all my clients in the comfort of their homes. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a doctorate degree in Nursing, who is experienced in practicing Psychiatric services in outpatient, inpatient, and tele-psychiatry. I offer weekday appointments from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, with an office in person appointments on Thursdays in Puyallup, WA..
I specialize in the treatment of psychiatric disorders : anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, insomnia, and many others. I also coach on weight loss, couples and parenting counseling, substance use, among others. I provide care across the lifespan working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults.
I believe in holistic care which is achieved by looking at a person as a whole. Through counseling I work with you to achieve a balanced life, with the addition of medication when needed.
