I specialize in medication management for individuals navigating the lasting effects of trauma, burnout, chronic illness, intrusive thoughts and mood instability, often while appearing high-functioning on the outside but feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from themselves beneath the surface.

I have a passion for working with people looking to explore their spirituality, as well as anyone who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, identity issues including racial identity, and LGBTQ+ issues. I currently work as a Counseling Trainee as I am completing my Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy at Ursuline College. Additionally, I have over 25 yrs of experience working with tarot and other forms of divination and can integrate it into sessions to deepen your personal exploration. I understand how hard it can be to find someone who allows you to explore healing authentically, let's work together to find what works for you.

The focus is on the client's needs and designing a treatment plan collaboratively, that will lead to success and ultimate change.
