I am a Primary-Mental Health Nurse practitioner. I treat all psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. My practice has a specialized focus on mothers experiencing antepartum and postpartum mood disorders or bonding issues with their infants. Additionally, I have a passion to provide resources and mental health treatment to children and families who have indivduals with developmental delays. This includes assessment, diagnoses, treatment, appropriate referrals, and case management for the family. However, I treat all psychiatric disorders and people of all ages!
Medication management will be the primary focus of the practice. However, psychotherapy will also be an option for patients, particularly mothers struggling to bond with their infant following birth. If the psychotherapy needs are outside of my scope or education, I will refer to an appropriate psychotherapist who specializes in their needs.
My practice is designed to make all feel welcome without fear of stigma or ability to pay. Whatever your needs are, we will work together to address them in an environment you feel welcomed and accepted.
