I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and insomnia related to mental disorder. My approach combines medication management with supportive therapy, tailored to each individual's needs. I can offer full psychiatric assessments that look at symptoms, history, lifestyle, and medical factors. Holistic understanding of how mental health interacts with physical health, family, and environment. I will provide safe, evidence-based prescribing to reduce symptoms (anxiety, depression, mood swings, ADHD, sleep issues, and psychosis.
