With advanced training as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and over 30 years of experience as an RN, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health care. My practice focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using an empathic and non-judgmental style that fosters trust and collaboration. I combine evidence-based, complementary, and integrative approaches to support healing and growth. Treatment plans may include lifestyle and behavioral changes, psychotherapy, and medication management when appropriate and safe.

My therapeutic approach integrates brief supportive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
