Hello, I’m Melissa K Bethany, DNP, PMHNP-BC. At Azurite Services, we offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, addiction medication management with combined psychotherapy, and medically managed weight loss programs. Our practice consists of 4 psychiatric providers and 6 therapists. We offer regular scheduled appointments, same day appointments via telemedicine or in-person, crisis intervention counseling, walk-in appointments, and home visits for shut ins as well.
