I am a general psychiatrist with a holistic approach to mental health. My aim is to combine the best of modern medicine with talk therapy and integrative healing. I want to help people understand themselves better and feel more fulfilled, and I try to tailor treatment to meet each individual's unique history, circumstances and goals. I am comfortable working on a wide range of issues including ADHD, addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and trauma. I am flexible with my approach and am happy to work with people for medication management, talk therapy or both.

I am a psychiatrist trained in the advanced medical treatment of a broad range of mental health disorders. I have received extensive training in several types of psychotherapy such as psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am further interested in alternative forms of healing such as music, art, meditation and nutrition.
