I provide both medication management and psychotherapy, working together with my patients to address symptoms, build resilience, and restore functioning. My clinical experience includes treating mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, attentional disorders, and women’s mental health concerns. My approach is grounded in the belief that mental health care is not about achieving a perfectly calm life, but about helping people find balance and develop the tools to navigate life’s inevitable changes with greater steadiness and confidence.
I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care. I earned my medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and completed my psychiatric training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital at both the Weill Cornell and Columbia campuses.
