Hello! My name is Ava and I am a physician assistant and medical provider focused on providing psychiatric services. Originally an Arizona native, I have had the opportunity to experience and reside in diverse communities across the globe. This experience allowed me an open mind and deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual person. I approach healing by creating a safe space for patients to be seen and heard with compassion.
I believe in a holistic model of care and utilize education surrounding nutrition, movement, sleep and breath in my practice as well. I hope to work with each patient to assess their goals of treatment and make a collaborative plan of empowerment and growth.
