Hi! I am so happy you are here! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I take a root cause, functional + integrative + evidence-based approach to mental wellness. The mind & body are interconnected, therefore, I look at the whole-person, not just symptoms. I specialize in females, ages 18 and up.
What you can expect: I will conduct a comprehensive assessment, a thorough history, labs & possibly more in-depth testing to assist in getting to the root of what is effecting your mental wellness. Combining the best of conventional & complementary therapies, & medication when needed, you will receive a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you.
