I have over 30 years of experience in mental health nursing. I provide evidence-based, compassionate, and holistic care tailored to each individual's unique journey. I began my role as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in 2020 and have focused primarily on supporting children, teens, and young adults. In the last 2 years, I expanded my services to adult patients who are "young at heart". I enjoy helping those with trauma, depression, anxiety, and OCD.

We will walk through a comprehensive assessment to formulate a custom treatment plan which may include medications & therapy.
