I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar d/o, addiction, psychosis, ADHD, and PTSD. By addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of mental health in a safe, empathetic environment, I strive to help my clients achieve mental well-being.
I enjoy helping male and female clients aged 18-65 who struggle with achieving mental well-being as a result of dealing with mental health issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, as well as psychosis.
Over the past ten years, I have worked to create relationships with my clients where they feel heard and understood. This allows for a therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered and motivated to work towards mental well-being.
