I work with patients whose anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress has started to take over their lives, often after trying to manage things on their own or feeling rushed in other settings. Many come during a difficult season: after a new diagnosis, during a relapse, or when they realize they need more support than self-help I specialize in anxiety, depression, Bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and sleep difficulties. I take time to understand your full picture so treatment fits your life. Through thoughtful medication management and real collaboration, I help my clients move from just getting by to feeling steady and like themselves again
