As an immigrant, I know how it feels to be away from home, guilt, loneliness, trying to figure out where we belong. Sometimes life gets hard. Anxiety/depression can creep in -sometimes we can pull ourselves out of it, sometimes we need someone to throw us a lifeboat. Please don't be afraid to ask for help because loneliness is a dark, scary place.
