As a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I practice a holistic approach to treating the mind, body, and spirit. I identify the "root" causes of conditions and treat many mental health conditions such as ADD/ADHD, depression, GAD, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, and PTSD. Our clinic provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to individuals, children, couples, and families. My ideal client is one who strives to become emotionally, cognitively and psychologically healthy by applying the positive coping techniques that I teach.
I believe in treating the "whole person" by providing high quality treatment. More specifically, I deliver client care that you can really trust. We teach our clients the necessary skills to free themselves of their fears, regrets, and the obstacles standing in their way.
