Welcome! My name is Linda Sheppard-Reece, and I am board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Currently, I choose to work with young adults through retirement-aged adults. I take a holistic approach to helping individuals manage mental illness through psychopharmacological, psychotherapeutic and lifestyle interventions.

It's not necessarily easy to start (or restart) therapy. I am committed to honoring and transforming suffering through a compassionate, trauma-sensitive, eclectic approach. I welcome your complexity and curiosity as well as your suffering. We can discover together what can help you heal. I trained in psychiatry at UMass, and in child and adolescent psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance. My undergraduate and graduate education at Harvard, in visual art and architecture respectively, has provided a foundation for my comfort in exploring the unexpected and unknown. I bring this openness, creativity, and wonder to my therapeutic work.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and as such, I can prescribe medication, if necessary, as an adjunct to psychotherapy. I worked in various healthcare including inpatient and outpatient settings providing both psychiatric and medical care. I use integrated approach to care with aims to empower individual’s authenticity to make proactive decisions and enhance his or hers ability to effectively cope with the full variety of life’s circumstances.

I am able to take self-pay clients. I draw on expertise as a Harvard Medical Professor and Researcher to recommend personalized evidence based care for mood, anxiety, attention and organizational challenges. I am an expert on ADHD, which I research at Massachusetts General Hospital. I draw on training in neuropsychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, dynamic psychotherapy, nutraceutical research, and, (more importantly) lessons taught by working with a few thousand clients. Welcome! I AM accepting new patients for medication management. I am a Board Certified PMHNP with 22 years nursing experience. My nursing philosophy hasn't changed in 22 years. My aim is to deliver the same level of care equal which is expected for members of my family. Treatment efforts should be comprehensive and collaborative with the treatment team and the client's family.

Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.

Holistic Behavioral Health Services provides both outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services in Dracut and surrounding areas. Tele-psychiatry services are provided in the comfort of your home using a computer/ a phone. We accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are available to those busy during office hours. Board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with training and experience across the lifespan in outpatient settings.

I treat children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and/or neurogenetic disorders, along with typically developing children for psychiatric medication management!

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

Chiké Nwankwo, "Doctor Chiké," is a Harvard trained adult and child psychiatrist. He has worked on Beacon Street in private practice in Brookline since 2006. Dr. Chiké specializes in psychotherapy for both adults and children, but is also comfortable prescribing medications when it is necessary.

I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide array of psychiatric disorders. I am a double board certified psychiatrist with board certifications in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.

I use medications and counseling to help with mood related disorders that may include symptoms associated with anxiety, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, ADD. My focus is to help you achieve your goals.

People are often unaware of, and frustrated by, the emotional and relational roadblocks that repeatedly thwart them. I work with you to clarify and understand these issues and their origins, to help you effect positive change.
