I take time to get to know my patients and their concerns. Within the scope of general adult and child and adolescent psychiatry I offer evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, family sessions and consultations, as well as school consultations and evaluations. I have a special interest in eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and ADHD. My practice is open to other general psychiatric needs as well. I pride myself on getting to know my patients and their needs. I also routinely work with families to understand and cope with their loved one's illness. Dr. Othman Mohammad is a board-certified, Harvard-trained child, and adult psychiatrist. He has been practicing psychiatry for 10+ years. In addition to treating patients, he is also an assistant professor of psychiatry and is actively involved in teaching and supervising medical students, mental health workers, and residents. He has publicly spoken and presented regionally and nationally on various topics including bipolar disorder treatment, disaster trauma first aid, and refugee mental health. Dr. Mohammad is deeply committed to making psychiatric care accessible, down to earth, trauma informed, personalized and personable.

I have been working in a psychiatric setting for a few years now. I have experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am skilled in providing individual and comprehensive care including prescribing medications and therapeutic approaches. I believe, mental health is just as important as any other medical issue. Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV Psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Michael Ficaro is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois. Michael has been in the mental health field for eight years and has experience working with both adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Michael has worked with patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, spectrum disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral disorders. Michael also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Dr. Ishaq (Isaac) Lachin sees individuals aged 6 to 65. He received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, and then received his MD from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed both his general psychiatry residency training and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. He is board certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry, and has received multiple awards from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Illinois Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
