Hi, I'm currently a Family Nurse Practitioner awaiting my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree by 12/2024 with years of experience in the nursing field, I am here to help clients of all walks of life. I frequently work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, insomnia, PTSD, panic disorder, and other mood disorders. I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient-focused mental health care making sure that everyone feels heard, valued, and respected.
Listening is critical. So many of my clients tell me that their prior clinician "did not listen to them". It is important to me that each client I meet to tell their story so that I can find out how to best help them with their struggles.
Finding the right mental health medication is a very individualized process and I believe that it is important that the client is open and honest about how a medication is making them feel.
