Are you looking for a provider who will meet you with honesty and compassion? I’m Ashley, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides assessment, diagnosis, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults both in person and virtually through Empowered Psychiatry. My areas of clinical interest include neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ care, post-traumatic growth, harm reduction, and supporting individuals navigating complex life experiences. I utilize a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed lens while providing evidence based care.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being fully yourself while we work together toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Our first visit is a relaxed 90-minute in-person intake where we'll take time to understand your history, concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we will explore treatment options and create a plan tailored to your unique needs.
