My name is Ashley Sansom, DNP, PMNHP-BC. I am a Doctorally-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Using a patient-centered, holistic approach to care, I address both the physical and emotional aspects of health and well-being. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. Using evidence-based research as the foundation of medication management, I strive to maximize the therapeutic benefit of medication with minimal side effects.
I work with adults at every stage of life. My style and approach work well for people who are going through significant changes in their lives, whether that is starting college, changing jobs, moving to a new city, or family changes. Through medication management and therapeutic communication, I treat a variety of mental health concerns.
