I am a doctorally prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for supporting adolescents, young adults, and women through life’s transitions. I specialize in helping clients navigate significant changes such as starting college, embarking on a new career, or adjusting to new relationships. Additionally, I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum care.
During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll take the time to get to know each other. This initial 45-60 minute session is an opportunity for you to share your concerns, goals, and any challenges you’re facing.
