As a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, my approach to mental healthcare is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the creation of an autonomous and safe environment for my patients. I use CBT to challenge negative thoughts, Person-Centered Therapy for self-exploration, Motivational Interviewing to boost motivation for change, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help patients navigate life transitions.
