I am a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of various mental health disorder across lifespan, including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Substance Abuse, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Medications can be a helpful and sometimes necessary tool. However, medications often do not address the root cause of psychiatric symptoms. I will help you decide if medication is the right choice for you. I am also trained in safe de-prescribing. If you have been on psychiatric medication with limited benefit I can help you taper off.
I will guide you in meeting your mental health goals by reducing symptoms, life stressors, and promoting self-care and awareness. We will work on improving your overall quality of life.
