Ashley Mathai is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Ashley partners with her patients to help them achieve their goals by providing holistic, personalized mental health care. During sessions, patients can expect active listening, respect, empathy, collaboration, and, most importantly, trust. She aims to support her patients so they can have holistic, culturally competent, wellness-focused services.
Ashley has experience treating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, stress, trauma, PTSD, gender issues, mood disorders, and more. She has been providing therapy since 2018 and works with patients ages 18 and 60.
In her spare time, Ashley loves dancing, painting, spending time with family, and watching movies. She speaks English and Malayalam. Ashley enjoys working with SohoMD because of the company’s reputation and the ability to work from home so she can be there for her four children.
