Many of my patients are individuals struggling with some sort of undesirable symptom/s related to their mental health and find me to see if medication may be something that can help them. Taking this step can feel vulnerable and talking with a provider can feel intimidating. The work that I do comes from an innate passion to empower individuals to take control of their quality of life by giving attention to their mental health needs. I partner with my patients to discover and create a plan for their mental health that feels comfortable, doable and sustainable.
I specialize in forming a relationship with individuals who are: 1. Already taking medication for a current mental health diagnosis 2. Experiencing mental health symptoms and would like to see if they may benefit from starting on a medication 3. Already taking medication but their treatment is not working the way they would like it to be.
