My goal is to create a supportive environment where both children and parents feel heard, understood, and equipped with a plan moving forward.
I went into psychiatry with a dream of improving people’s lives, not just over-medicating. I combine therapy, parent support, nutraceuticals, nutrition coaching, metabolic health and comprehensive lab testing to uncover the root causes of your child’s symptoms. My goal is to minimize medication while helping strengthen your child emotionally and physically.
With personal experience in anxiety and ADHD and being a mother to two, I understand the challenges you and your child face. My service in the Army Reserve and experience as a military wife provide a unique perspective for supporting military families.
